When we CHALK4PEACE...

The Community Arts Therapy Programme joined with St. George’s Cathedral to CHALK4PEACE  in 2006 and became the first CHALK4PEACE event on the continent of Africa. When Archbishop Tutu was told about the project by his friend Peggy Phelps, he helped facilitate the collaboration. Angela Rackstraw, Executive Director of CATh has organized CHALK4PEACE every year since. Angela has encouraged and facilitated additional CHALK4PEACE events on the Africa continent and in Cork City, Ireland.
